Hello All,
No, I haven’t forgotten you.
Tomorrow starts a two part newsletter. I’m going to take you on the Royal Gorge train and to one of the most fascinating art gallery/museums I’ve ever seen - Michael Garman Museum. He has sculpted 500 figures then placed them in a miniature setting of
19 buildings in a neighborhood block of “Anywhere America.”
Tomorrow Earl and I are headed to Victor to learn about Lowell Thomas and take a two hour tour of a modern mine. That will be part two.
I am back to work on another cross stitch project. Earl has been busy with processing photography and lots of other work on the computer. We had dinner with the Cards Saturday night at Mimis.
We spent the afternoon today checking out campgrounds in Pueblo. We’re currently deciding what to do with our days in August. Are we going to stay here? Spend a week each in Pueblo and Canon City then head for Durango? Come home? It’s undecided so stay tuned.
Pierre is fine. Yesterday he fell asleep in the sink in the bathroom.
Nan
